What is Yoga?

Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning union. Developed in India over 5,000 years ago, Yoga is a practice that encompasses many elements, one of which is the conditioning of the physical body.

What is Yoga Integration?

Yoga Integration is a movement practice I developed to blend the essence of over a decade of experience practicing and teaching Yoga and Chinese Medicine.

This balanced practice integrates the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Classical Chinese Medicine to build strength as well as ease and flexibility in the body and mind.

Yoga Integration blends insights from the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine with two styles of Yoga: Yin Yoga, a series of long held poses designed to nourish the body's connective tissue and open the meridians, and Yang Yoga, a more active series of postures that focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscle tissue.

The integration of Chinese Medicine concepts along with both still and dynamic movement practices will leave you feeling calm, centered and vital in the body and mind.

Yoga Integration Yin Yoga Immersion & Teacher Training starts February 2018
