Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are deeply committed to creating thoughtful, high-quality course experiences. Significant preparation, planning, and resources go into each offering. By registering for any course, workshop, training, or event (“Course”), you agree to the following terms:

Registration & Refunds

• All registrations become non-refundable within thirty (30) days of the Course start date.

• All Courses offered virtually that include access to recordings, downloadable materials, or digital content are non-refundable once registration is complete, due to the immediate access to intellectual property and course materials.

• Failure to attend a Course (in-person or virtual) does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle a participant to a refund.

Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing prior to the Course start date.

Course Changes or Cancellation by Host

In the unlikely event that a Course is canceled by the host, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The host is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred.

Force Majeure

The host shall not be held liable for delay, modification, or cancellation of a Course due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, government restrictions, public health emergencies, power outages, venue closures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the Course may be rescheduled, converted to a virtual format, or otherwise modified at the host’s discretion. Refunds will not be guaranteed in circumstances covered under this provision.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
